I want to give a special shoutout to Collin! He had the best attitude and made sure to use extra care when towing my BMW. I was originally super annoyed and frustrated about my car being broken down but his positive attitude made me lighten up. Driving a BMW, Ive had my fair share of towing experiences and this company, more specifically Collin, made a lasting/memorable experience.  Amazing service and Derrick was so polite! After waiting 2 hours for another company that ultimately cancelled, Tow Jam showed up 15 minutes early and called ahead to walk me through what they would be doing since I was stuck on the side of a highway. Great job!

Such a great company with great staff. I was referred by Lena when my car had stopped on me while driving on the highway. To make matters worse, a storm was coming so I was extremely Irritable and impatient. Lena was so patient and understanding with me, she helped me get a tow with minimal effort on my part. I should also add that English isn’t my first language so it’s not always easy to express my needs verbally but Lena understand right away and was soooo kind and professional the entire time. She even called afterwards to make sure everything was taken care of.  It’s so hard these days to find good help. Thanks Lena for all of your help!

 Very pleased with the service the gentleman who arrived was not only prompt but also fast loading my daughters vehicle he was also extremely nice and thought of her safety and asked her to sit in his truck while he loaded her car up, I was worried about her car getting damage while it was loading but the tow driver was careful and took care of her car I appreciate it alot given Her car is a high end vehicle. I will from. Now on only use Tow jam and I will ask for the same employee  Derrick was note worthy and could have made or broke this experience thank you derrick for for the car you took  and how professional you was with my daughter.
